This year you can see our very own instructors perform alongside pole dancers from across the country in a grand pole theatre show - it'll be a fab night, to be held Saturday June 28th at Potters Bar theatre in Hertfordshire. 12/12/07 One year celebration with free classes!

On Saturday 5th Jan from 11-5 we will be holding a grand open day to celebrate our one year anniversary - classes will be completely free all day! There will be demo's, nibbles and of course, wine!

On 3rd November we will be hosting our first Burlesque workshop. With a very qualified instructor, Venus Envy, coming all the way from London to introduce us to the art of Burlesque it promises to be a very special class!

01/09/07 Pole-Athon!

On the 20th Oct Dance Inspires will be hosting the longest ever pole dance! 24 girls will be dancing throughout the day to string together a 12 hour long pole session! It's all in aid of Helen and Douglas Hospice House so any donations are greatly appreciated visit

17/07/07 Temporary Move

From 4th August all classes will be held at the Port Mahon, 82 St Clements, Oxford, OX4 1AW, for approximately one month, whilst Bar Baby undergoes a refit.

03/07/07 Pre Payment Option

We have just introduced a new pre-payment option.  Pay for four classes up front at £60 and you will benifit from a free 20 minute private session with an instructor or you can take 40 minutes of pole time (no instructor). See teachers in class for more details.

07/05/07 Another Great Review!

Sam Pope from the Oxford Times came along to one of our beginner classes and has reported back that she thought that our classes are 'an excellent way to get fit, meet friends and have a laugh'. Despite feeling a little sore the next day (no pain no gain hey Sam!) she reported back to the Times that 'the atmosphere in the room was amazingly positive, with a great sense of camaraderie that I had not witnessed in any other class'. We aim to please! 

01/05/07 Pole Unity Tickets on Sale

We still have a few tickets left for the Pole Unity event on Saturday June 23rd. This is going to be a fab evening, full of pole dancing, with dancers from all over the country showing off the different styles of pole dance there are. We are very proud to announce that we now have on sale our fabulous new Dance Inspires shorts and t-shirt combos!  They are available in classes and soon you will be able to order them online too - Shorts are £12.50 and T-Shirts are £17.50 individually or you can get a whopping discount by buying them together for £25 a set!

23/02/07 Performance at The Bridge!

On Friday the 2nd March the Dance Inspires girls will be running a promotional night at The Bridge in Oxford City center.  There will be routines by Sara, Nicola and Vicky at approx 11pm so if you haven't seen a real performance before this is your chance to see how amazing it can look! 

15/02/07 Evening classes to start on Tuesday 6th March
