Class Content Classes are taught in small groups, approx 4 women to a pole and are grouped according to skill level; beginners, intermediates, advanced and super advanced. 
We start our classes with a short warm up followed by a set of muscle building exercises which will help you to develop the strength you need to perform the pole moves. In particular we focus on the ab's, arms and back as these muscles are central to the moves you will go on to learn. Many of the moves in the advanced classes involve holding your body weight with just your ab's or only one arm so as you can imagine it's really important that we help you to work on these areas. After we have completed our warm up we spend the rest of the class learning new pole tricks and dance moves; of which there are hundreds! And of course we regularly go over past classes to ensure your moves stay perfect. The dance side of things is just as important to us as pole tricks here at DANCE INSPIRES, as our aim is to have you completing full dance routines to music of your choice within at least six classes. Whilst the pole moves will require lots of strength the dance moves are much more about feeling good and having lots of confidence; so we help you to build on both! 
Group classes are held on weekends with private classes being available also. You can also hire some 'pole playtime' which means you get the use of the pole to practice on by yourself. Perfect for people who aren't able to buy their own pole to play about on at home.
